Event, technology, and relationships in one integrated system
For the IVG Como National Conference, we supported the client in designing and managing a high-profile institutional event, overseeing every phase: concept, logistics, digital communication, offline materials, and attendee support. The goal was to transform a professional gathering into a seamless, recognizable, and premium experience, able to engage judges, lawyers, notaries, accountants, and key figures from the sector.
The result: 147 profiled participants and an organizational model that combined institutional authority, technology, and human support.

From a manual process to a seamless, measurable digital experience.
For the IVG Como National Conference, we transformed a previously manual process into a seamless and measurable digital experience. We designed a single portal, optimized for both desktop and mobile, to manage registrations, payments, packages, and event information. The result: a simpler journey for users and a more efficient process for the organization. Supporting the website, we built an email marketing funnel with newsletters, automations, segmentation, and abandoned cart recovery, turning communication into a concrete conversion driver.
The project generated 68.5% of conversions from the website, a record 35.8% open rate, and an average open rate above 30%, keeping engagement high among a professional audience not typically used to digital purchasing. Where technology could have created friction, we integrated human support and traditional payment methods: a balance that made the process accessible without sacrificing efficiency.

Creativity, logistics, and coordination for a high-profile event
For IVG Como, Leviathan managed every detail of the event: from creative coordination to logistics, from material production to enhancing the on-site experience. The project required a multi-layered approach: building a consistent visual identity, producing functional and recognizable offline materials, coordinating operational needs, and maintaining a premium perceived value throughout the event. The institutional setting and the presence of high-profile professionals called for precise, understated, and premium management. Every touchpoint, from the website to the physical materials, had to communicate authority, order, and reliability.
The event therefore became a complete experience: not just a conference, but a coordinated system of communication, registration, hospitality, and relationship-building.
