[ 01. OVERVIEW ]
Simplify auctions, build trust.
GIVG is the entity that manages the sale of movable and immovable assets destined for court auctions. However, the brand was little known and communication was perceived as distant. Our mission was to humanize the brand, clarify the auction process and make it accessible. We rethought the entire positioning, creating a strong visual identity, designing a clear and intuitive website and launching transparent communication, both online and offline. The goal was to make GIVG a reference point in the auction sector, where trust and security are at the center of the user experience.
[ 02. MARKETING STRATEGY ]
Educate and break prejudices.
The strategy focused on the need to explain the auction process, often considered complex, and the fundamental role of the judicial custodian. Our goal was to make the brand more accessible and trusted, breaking negative preconceptions and simplifying the entire process. To do this, we built educational content so that the public could easily understand how to participate in auctions safely.
The strategy was oriented towards:
- Telling the figure of the judicial custodian, a fundamental figure in the process.
- Simplifying the auction process to make it accessible to everyone.
- Using social media, like TikTok, to reach a young audience and dispel myths about the auction sector.
[ 03. BRAND IDENTITY ]
A clear, sober
and institutional image.
We revisited GIVG’s visual identity to make the brand more authoritative and easily recognizable. The logo was simplified to convey stability, while the payoff “Your simple, secure and certified auction” was the central message to emphasize transparency and security. In addition, we created a complete brand kit with consistent visual elements for both online and offline worlds. The signage and office furnishings were designed to reflect the brand’s institutional image, with key phrases and branded messages that convey professionalism and reliability.
[ 04. DIGITAL EXPERIENCE ]
Clear and intuitive website.
We designed a corporate website that simplifies the auction process, allowing users to easily find the information they need. The site was developed with a mobile-first approach to ensure maximum accessibility on mobile devices and desktop. The content architecture was designed to meet user needs, while the design is sober and functional, in line with the brand image. The site guides users clearly and simply, without friction, from first contact to auction participation.
[ 05. CONTENT STRATEGY ]
Educate, inform and engage.
The content strategy focused on creating educational content to explain the auction process and the role of the judicial custodian, using videos, articles and infographics. We published our video content on TikTok to dispel myths about the auction sector and bring a young audience closer to GIVG. We also created articles and posts for the site and social media, with the goal of simplifying the understanding of auctions and making GIVG a more accessible and close brand to the public.
