A strong offline brand,
to convert online.
Iamme Ia! is a tour operator already recognised locally and on marketplaces. The challenge: transform this strength into direct demand on the website, while maintaining high brand desirability. We built an integrated plan combining positioning, original content and performance campaigns, with a simple objective: shift bookings to iammeia.com.

From awareness in 2023
to “direct-first” in 2024.
We defined a path in two movements: first awareness and consideration (strengthen the Iamme Ia! imagery with editorial formats and proprietary videos), then direct sales on the site (conversion campaigns and CRO optimisations). To incentivise the shift from marketplaces to their own channel, we introduced an exclusive site benefit (-20 %) and clear messages “book direct”. The strategy coordinates creativity, channels and seasonal timing, so every piece of content works in favour of the funnel.

Full-funnel on Meta & Google to drive direct bookings.
We activated a media engine that works across the entire funnel: prospecting (Meta/YouTube/PMAX) to capture those dreaming of the Coast, retargeting high-intention users, promotional campaigns with the exclusive site benefit, and CRO on formats/CTAs. Continuous testing on creatives and offers made the investment more efficient and the transition to purchase on iammeia.com simpler.
[ 04. CONTENT STRATEGY ]
Original productions that ignite desire and trust.
The heart of the project is dedicated shoots and production (with the content house Thana Media): a Company Profile to tell the company’s story and vertical “product” videos on the tours. Added to this is an always-on editorial plan for Instagram and Facebook with thematic carousels (tours, highlights, why-us) and short formats designed for interaction and saves. Why it works: proprietary videos raise the perceived quality, make clear what you will live and why choosing the site; the always-on calendar keeps interest alive until booking moment.
